Terms of Service

Who may use the studio

AiPronNow is an adults-only, account-based studio. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to hold an account, and accounts are required: there is no anonymous or guest use of the tools. You are responsible for the material you upload and the work you commission, including holding the rights and documented consent it requires.

Credits

Work is priced in studio credits, quoted on each job before you confirm it. Credits are a unit of account inside this studio only: they have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, transferred or withdrawn for money or goods. Credit packs are bought once; there is no subscription and no auto-renewal. A job that fails refunds its credits automatically.

Your work and its visibility

Jobs, uploads and results rest private in your account by default. Only material you deliberately publish appears in the gallery, and unpublishing takes effect immediately. Prohibited material — anything involving minors, or non-consensual imagery of real people — is removed when found and the account reviewed.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the studio develops. Material changes are noted on this page. Questions go to the address on the contact page.
