One address, read by the studio
Support, billing questions, takedown requests and data requests for AiPronNow all go to one address: [email protected]. Write from the email address on your account where you can — it lets us find the account, the job and the frame you mean without a round of questions.
What to include
- Support: the tool you used, the time of the job, and what the result did that it should not have.
- Billing: the pack bought and the date. Credit costs are printed on every job before confirmation; if a charge disagrees with a printed cost, say so plainly and it will be checked against the record.
- Takedowns: the page address and your standing in the material. Content involving minors or non-consensual imagery is removed on report and the report is answered first.
- Data requests: access, correction or deletion of account data, asked from the account address.
Replies come from the same address. The studio does not write from any other.
